Shoshanna Grunwald, Owner
Shoshanna started Finding Balance Bookkeeping after more than 20 years working in operations, finance, and HR at nonprofits, cooperatives, and values-driven businesses. Her work has spanned everything from hands-on bookkeeping and financial reporting to overseeing complex budgets, contracts, and organizational change, giving her a clear view of how systems either support people and purpose, or quietly undermine them.

Today, Shoshanna works with small businesses, co-ops, and mission-driven organizations that want their finances to reflect how they actually operate and what they care about. She brings a systems-oriented, people-centered approach to bookkeeping, providing clarity, consistency, and insight so clients can make informed decisions and build businesses that are both financially sound and values-aligned.​
